method:
make a batch file with these lines

@echo off

start C:\Progra~1\Intern~1\iexplore.exe “http://yoursite.com“
ping -n 10 127.0.0.1 >nul
taskkill.exe /im iexplore.exe
goto 1

depending upon your net speed u may increase the 10 secs time wait

with 10 sec time u may have 360 hits in an hour
with 5 sec time u may have 720 hits in an hour

But keep in mind.. it will not improve your page rank as hits are from same ip
